Refund Policy


We at Net Express stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship 100%. If someone is not completely pleased with the results of our cleaned garment, Net Express will re-clean it on a complimentary basis. We do ask that your garment is returned to Net Express after maximum 5 days in unworn condition. Regrettably, due to the nature of our services, refunds cannot be given. This policy is for all garments that Net Express has cleaned, but does not include alterations or repairs.

For garments that may have been damaged in the cleaning process; Net Express must be notified within 5 work days from the time of pickup in the shop or delivery to your home. Net Express must be given the opportunity to examine the garment. The claims process can not be started using digital images. Net Express will provide complimentary pick up of any garment that needs to be examined at our shop. Net Express reserves the right to use an independent garment analysis firm to determine if the Net Express process was at fault. This could take up to 2 months. If Net Express is liable, the amount of compensation for the damaged item will be 5 times the amount of its cleaning.

While the staff are the most skilled in the Monaco area, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee stain removal. Our staff will make recommendations about the possibility of stain removal, but stain removal for certain stain/fabric/dye combinations is impossible to predict until the stains are treated and garment cleaned. Net Express cannot offer price reductions or refunds for stains not removed during the cleaning process. Here we refer to our Cleaning Tips on the homepage.

We will re-clean your garment on a complimentary basis (as above) provided it is returned in unworn condition, within 5 days. If our workshop has attached a Net Express Lab Report, your signature will be needed on a Acknowledgment of Risk form to move forward.

For garments altered, repaired or tailored, we will correct any issues of fit on a complimentary basis provided that the garment is returned within 5 days from the date of drop off. Fit issues that will be addressed on a complimentary basis must be part of the original alteration. Repairs will be addressed at no additional charge, provided that the issue is within the scope of the original repair. Repairs or alterations not part of the original description that need to be addressed will be charged for.
